Directions
Add 50g to 500 ml water and mix. Use up to 500 ml mix per hour, additional boost when you supplement this with 1-2 Leppin Squeezy Gels, depending on the intensity of the exercise. Best consumed within 30 minutes of finishing workout for optimal results.
