What is your return policy?

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping cost for the return.These apply for either faulty or unwanted products that you receive from us.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Haven’t received a refund yet?

Depending on the service you have used for the payment the time for receiving your refund may vary. If you choose Payment Express as a payment method the refunding can take from 1 – 3 business days to reflect in your account. Can I cancel my order?

We accept the cancellation of your order if it was nor shipped yet. Once you received the confirmation email from us, we are unable to cancel your order.

How to send the order back?

After contacting us regarding the issue with the received order we will contact our delivery service to organise the pick up for you.
