TRAINING TIPS
CARBO LOADER PRE EXERCISE
Leppin Carbo Loader is widely used by endurance sport athletes as a pre-event carbohydrate loader. Use Carbo Loader for 3-4 days leading up to the event.
DIRECTIONS
1. Dissolve 4 scoops (100g of powder) in 1litre of water.
2. For carbohydrate loading take 1 – 1.5 litres (2-3 pints) daily for at
least three days before the event. Drink small amounts (i.e. 1 glass) at regular intervals throughout the day.
