How long does it take to dispatch the order?

All orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you did not receive email regarding your parcel been dispatched, please contact us on reception@leppinsport.co.nz

When will I receive my order?

We use NowCouriers service to provide your parcel delivery. The estimated time for the parcel to be delivered depends on the area of the destination. You can see the approximate time frame in the table below.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at reception@leppinsport.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What about international shipping?

We can send you order all around the world. To provide shipping outside of New Zealand we use NZ Post. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with an estimated time frame for your international time. It might take some time, please be patient.

Can I put a PO box address for delivery?

Unfortunately, our courier service cannot deliver to PO box, please provide the physical address instead.

I haven’t received my parcel yet?

Usually, it takes up to 4 days to deliver the order within New Zealand after it was picked up from our office. If you haven’t received it in 4 days after receiving an email, please contact us at reception@leppinsport.co.nz. We will contact our delivery service to lodge a query for you. Please keep in mind, these delivery times are promised by the courier companies that we use, but sometimes there can be delays in your parcel reaching you. Remember to allow a little extra time for your order to arrive after a Public Holiday or if you are in a rural location.
